# Error establishing a database?!?!

 * I just received the following message;
    Error establishing a database connection!
   This probably means that the connection information in your wp-config.php file
   is incorrect. Double check it and try again. * Are you sure you have the correct
   user/password? * Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? * Are
   you sure that the database server is running? – The URL was perfectly fine as
   of 1:30 am early this morning, now I’m receiving this message and I didn’t change
   anything…. HELP Please?! ([http://freedomblog.us](http://freedomblog.us))

    Basically the problem
   is that bloghosts is having issues.

 * Bloghosts seems to have resolved the issue, my blog is back up and running! I
   ticketed it about 30 minutes ago, so good luck.

 * It seems this was the problem (for thsoe still waiting)
    “An absuive script caused
   MySQL to crash this morning. We are rebooting the server but all should be well
   shortly.”

 * Thanks, just had the heads-up from Jace myself. Good to know they are on the 
   ball. I’m impressed with how quick they resolved the problem.
    Hope everyone 
   else is back up and running too.
