 * This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.
   php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at psrindustrialflooring.
   emsdevelopments.com. This could mean your host’s database server is down.
 *  * Are you sure you have the correct username and password?
    * Are you sure that
   you have typed the correct hostname? * Are you sure that the database server 
   is running?
 * PS: the database server is runing ,and I can login to the database vir url ,and
   the username password ,database name are all right ,but there is still have this
   error message ,
    HLEP ME…..my boss is nearly KILL me.

 * I am having the same, but in the PHPBB section of the site. Since upgrading to
   2.9.1 going to [http://www.mysite/forum](http://www.mysite/forum) gives me the
   same error. The rest of wordpress is running fine.
 * The site works on a localhost fine, just not on a live server.
