 * Based from the information you provided, I suggest that you try following:
 * 1. Create and assign a new Database user from your cPanel
    2. You can also try
   repairing the database from your cPanel
 * I suggest that you reach out to your web hosting company for further assistance
   if you do not know how to do any of the steps above.

 * I have tried the tool to fix the wordpress database that is currently accessible.
   
   However, it still happens next time. Want me to change the new username and assign
   it to the database?
