    Hello

I built a site for someone else, and they’ve come to me today saying the site has this ‘error establishing a database connection’ problem. i googled it, found help and now hit a wall… (http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-error-establishing-a-database-connection-in-wordpress/)

when i repair the database i get the following. i’m not entirely sure what it means, has the client deleted things?? even thought WP should be easy to use, they have come to me with issues before, that was their doing. i’m just not sure what the following ‘tables’ means right now. no idea what version of WP they are using, i did tell them to update everything when it said to, but that doesn’t mean they have =/

Some database problems could not be repaired. Please copy-and-paste the following list of errors to the WordPress support forums to get additional assistance.

here are the list of errors:
    wp_users: Table ‘countyof_wrdp1.wp_users’ doesn’t exist

Check the wp-config.php file to make sure that it has the correct credentials to access the MySQL database.

If it does, contact the hosting provider’s support to ask why the database server is offline (or find out who deleted it).

Hi James, how would I check the credentials?

    Thanks, James.

if what i’m looking at were the credentials, everything was as it should be. i contacted the server and everything is back working. thanks.
