Error establishing a database connection

    I was trying to get my head around my theme and suddenly started to have the following message pop up on all the sections I tried to go to:

    Error establishing a database connection
    This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at cust-mysql-123-06:. This could mean your host’s database server is down.

    My other site is run by the same data base and is fine. Any suggestions please?

    @samanthagummer may be something wrong with ur db connection have u installed any new plugin or changed anything after which u start getting this problem. and share ur blog name here too so i can see it also.
