So, my hosting company placed me on one of their servers with, what I am going to call, the highest server load in the history of all mankind. So, after many, many complaints about the problem – they finally moved my site to a different server. After exporting my dBase, I successfully re-created the dBase and imported my backup. Now, when I go to the site, I get the error: Error establishing a database connection, This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can’t contact the database server at localhost. This could mean your host’s database server is down. I can get to other pieces of the site that are not WordPress related, but, I cannot get WordPress to connect to my new dBase.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciative. Thanks in Advance.
