# Error establishing a database connection

 * all the desgin has been lost and left me with texboxes etc.
    All the design from
   elementor, themes, etc. lost, but the footer is still intact to some pages when
   I used my mobile cp.
 * FYI
    database: phpmyadmin provided – cpanel I used a couple of plug ins The website
   contains woocommerce
 * everytime I log in to the admin at website, it always gives me this ‘Error establishing
   a database connection’.
 * The website suddenly acted different while I am presenting it to my bosses.

 * It is web hosting (database server) error. Please check with your hosting provider
   support.

 * Thank you for your reply sir. We asked a couple of times our provider and they
   tend that the problem is not with them

 * Hello, Liew. It seems the problem is caused by the plugins, i rename the ‘Plugins’
   folder from my cpanel and it this is what it shows

 * The woocommerce is not working since the renamed plugins folder is not recognized.
 * I create a new folder and put there the woocommerce plugins and the other elementor
   but it still not being recognized and the website only shows me shortcodes and
   the designs are destroyed as well
 * I hope you are familiar with this situation because I really need help, this 
   is my company’s website though. Thanks in advanced!
