@mrimpact don’t set the Output Type to utf-8 encode at feed settings.

everything was normal.
I use this plugin on more than 20 sites, just this site, which gave this error. The server is the same.

The problem is with the short description for the variation id 6862 of the product id 6861. You have to remove the short description and type the short description again.

Due to copy-paste the description from any source it contains some hidden non utf-8 character which can not be seen.
