ERROR ERROR ERROR

Escribo aquí porque no se donde escribir,alguién podría decirme como comenzar una conversación en este foro por favor, esta pagina no hay quien la entienda.
Estoy desesperada, desde la actualización de Agosto del año pasado solo recibo correos de fallos ¿pero no hay manera de solucionarlos? hasta tal punto que llevo meses sin poder entrar a mi lugar de trabajo, es muy frustrante porque no entiendo nada y no se donde esta la solucion. Alguién sería tan amable de ayudarme por favor.
