 * I want to import demo data of Palmeria theme but getting the error 503. I have
   delete the theme and database and re-installed the theme again but it is not 
   working. Facing the same error 503 when try to import demo data

 * please enable the WP error logs. Info on how to do that can be found [in this tutorial](https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/).
 * After you enable it, please run the import with our plugin again. Then check 
   the `.../wp-content/debug.log` file on your server for any error messages that
   might be logged due to the import failure.
 * Also, contact your theme author and ask about this issue, maybe they know what
   is causing it. Other theme users might already report this issue to them.
 * Let us know how it goes.
