Error: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi there I’ve been having some issues with this plugging since my ssl was expired and then reactivated. When the ssl was reactivated I got the error (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) for the main site in my multi-sites account and I was locked out of the wp-admin area when i tried to login the screen would just load the same page. but was able to login to the admin panel thought on of the other sites from here i deactivated all the plugin and left all but this one it seemed to work for a bit but i notices no of the pages on the main sit would load. At this point the this plugin is deactivated and im not sure how to fix this problem. Please help
