However, I am using a valid email address.
It looks like you are using a checkout fields plugin – its adding the shipping telephone field. Perhaps the plugin is doing something with the billing email value. Try deactivating that plugin, does the error remain?

I have already done tests but unfortunately there is no solution, I installed the plugin but it is the same … thinking that they were other complements I deactivated them and I left woocommerce active, but the problem continues. I do not know what to do
Its just possible that the email address that’s not valid is the sending email address, not the customer’s email address.
Double check the email addresses in:
Dashboard > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails tab
