For the past two weeks we have been receiving the following emails at random times throughout the day.

Subject: [Antispam by CleanTalk] *Site Name* error!

    Attention, please!
“Antispam by CleanTalk” plugin error on your site *Site Name*:
*** Antispam disabled. Check access key in CleanTalk plugin options. ***

I cannot find any issues when looking at the plugin inside WordPress. Everything shows green check marks and protection is active.

    Hello, @patrykb.

    Thank you for your request.

It could be wrong access key or double CleanTalk profile.

Please, tell us the name of your website and we will check everything.

    Write back anytime.

    Best regards.

It appears that two of our domains had swapped access keys. I corrected that and will report back if we continue receiving the error messages.

    Hello:

The site that I added CleanTalk to, this morning, is Write2Press.com

If I need a new Access Key will you be providing it here, or do I need to generate it myself? Regardless, please provide clear instructions.

    Hello Miguel,

Each website has its own access key and you don’t need to generate it by yourself, our system will automatically generate a new key when you add a new website to your dashboard.

Just click on the “Settings” below the name of your website and select “Show Access key”. Then paste this key in your plugin settings on your website.
