# Error Edit Page when posting

 * I tried to start a new entry this morning on our site [http://granvillegop.org/Wordpress/](http://granvillegop.org/Wordpress/)
   I posted there successfully on 27 March but can not today. When I hit publish
   I get an error page Are you sure you want to edit this page “”? I have seen this
   page before when all users were contributers. The setting was changed to authors
   and I was able to make my post on the 27th.
 * Any suggestions to get this site moving and me out of here?

 * drmike, I see someone was having some of the same issues as I, and there are 
   so many things talked about. Can you advise on which area we need to focus on?

 * Has everyone gone on vacation? I don’t have the time or inclination to to try
   to rebuild the software. I will try to fix a problem from a suggestion, but need
   a good one.
 * The software is no better than the support, and I feel it is pretty soft.

 * Hi
 * I experienced this error about 3 weeks ago while using IE6. I then changed over
   to Firefox and this solved the problem permanently. I haven’t had to edit my 
   site again using IE. I would recommend this as solution.
