Error during status transition. License Keys are invalid.

This is the message I’m receiving when I change the status of the order to completed
and an email is not sendKind regards

I didnt generate manually any licences since I enabled the auto gen of them
so yes Licence Keys section is empty only 1 generator is there
“Automatically send license keys when an order is set to ‘Complete’.”
