Error during new page creation in a project

I Peter, thanks for the very useful plugin. I searched on the web for similar tools, but this is form the best. Unfortunately I find often difficulties for error or misunderstebìndig (surely mine) in how to use it.
In this case after the update to version 2.0.11 when I try to create a new page in a project i have this message:

Which problem is? I am in localhost, whit XAMPP and Windows 10.

I noticed also that in the changelog of WD Data Access there is the version 2.0.11. Is it normal to record changes on a version before its release.
