    This message is most probably due to the maximum path length in windows,
   which is limited to 260 characters. You can find out more details [here](http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1880321/why-does-the-260-character-path-length-limit-exist-in-windows).
 * A potential solution would be to move your htdocs file to a shorter path on your
   local machine.
