Error due to unsolicited and/or bulk e-mail.

This means the connection to your SMTP host was made successfully, but the host rejected the email.

Typically this error is returned when you are sending too many e-mails or e-mails that have been identified as spam.

    Hi @dev11me

Thanks for reaching out to us and we are sorry to hear that you ran into issues with sending your emails.

Based on the error message your website may have been sending spam, emails that look suspicious or you’re sending more emails than is allowed by your SMTP host.

Just for reference, what SMTP host are you integrating with and have you already reached out to your SMTP host regarding this error?

In case your website is being targeted by spam bots and is sending out bulk spam emails, we would recommend protecting your website from spam.

    I hope this helps 🙂

    Hi @dev11me

Easy WP SMTP does not have an email limit assigned to it. Emails limits are only set from the end of the mailer/SMTP host that is being integrated with. Some have public limits, but others are private.

As I mentioned in my previous response, the ideal step is to reach out to your SMTP host.

As a workaround, you can try integrating with a different mailer by following the instructions outlined in our documentation.

Please note however that we recommend implementing the spam prevention steps I mentioned first.

Currently showing this error , please help what can i do for sending mail with contact form 7 with using GoDaddy server

    This error are display:

There was a problem while sending the test email.

Error due to unsolicited and/or bulk e-mail.

This means the connection to your SMTP host was made successfully, but the host rejected the email.

Typically this error is returned when you are sending too many e-mails or e-mails that have been identified as spam.

    Recommended next steps:

    1. Check the emails that are sending are sending individually. Example: email is not sending to 30 recipients. You can install any WordPress e-mail logging plugin to do that.
    2. Contact your SMTP host to ask about sending/rate limits.
    3. Verify with them your SMTP account is in good standing and your account has not been flagged.

    Hi @dev11me

Thanks for getting back to us.

This is the same error message as your original message. You will still need to perform the troubleshooting steps and workaround that we recommended in my previous reply and what appears under the “Recommended next steps:” section.
