Error: Download failed

    Hello

    Whene I wanna restore the website, everything can be restored except the Database, it make an error “Error: Download failed”.

    Please any help?

    Hi,

    Can you check if the file exists? Where do you save your backups? If default backup settings is used, the backups can be found in the “wp-content/updraft” folder/

    Yes, the file existe in “wp-content/updraft” as -db.gz file, but there’s no folderfor database, there’s only uploads-old, plugins-old, themes-old.

    Apologies for the slow replies – we have had staff away in the last week for health reasons. If the file already exists, then UD shouldn’t be trying to download it. Are you sure it’s the same file? Can you give the details of the filename, and of the backup you are trying to restore?
