Error creating account

Hi, While I was creating an account on wordpress.org, my cat decided to join me on the keyboard just as I hit register and it added characters to my email entry and now my username has been eaten.

Is it possible that someone can fix the account, resend my confirmation and delete this temporary account I’ve created?
