# Error console

 * Hello,
 * I updated YASR on my website from 2.5.5 to 2.7.8 and since then the plugin doesn’t
   work. There is an error in the console :
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'render' of undefined
           at Module.<anonymous> (yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:182)
           at a (yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:11)
           at Object.<anonymous> (yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:73)
           at a (yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:11)
           at yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:71
           at yasr-front.js?ver=1.0.0:formatted:72
       ```
   
 * I can’t dig much more because of files minification, but it seems to come from
   the file ranking.js, around the render() function (where it ironically says “
   Render rankings, error should never occour here”).
    I tried disabling all of 
   my plugins, as well as all custom code related to YASR, the error is still there.
   I can’t give you a link because it’s only on staging for now, which is IP restricted.
 * For the time being, I rollbacked to the previous version but as I updated WP 
   to 5.7.2, I’d like to have the best compatibility with the latest plugin updates.

    Since version 2.5.5 a lot of change has been done, mostly in rankings,
   that are now built using REACT.
 * Without a link it is hard to say, can you please provide a list of all your plugins?
   
   Further, are you using a CDN?

 * Thanks for the quick answer ! Indeed the code is very different, I had to change
   a few things in my theme to make it work again but it’s totally my bad.
