Thanks for reaching out @lorenzo77. So we can determine more on what may be happening in your case, please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. When checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window does the same occur? If so, please share any browser console errors that appear.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Thanks for sharing the additional information @lorenzo77. From reviewing your Site Health information I can see some plugins that could potentially impacting Site Kit set up. To troubleshoot this further, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
    5. Attempt to connect Analytics once more.

If the same occurs, please share your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from the Site Health information previously shared.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Thanks for the update @lorenzo77. As the same issue remains after following the steps above, please perform a plugin reset, which I suspect will allow you to proceed with Analytics set up. Note that if you do perform a reset, you will need to go through the set up process once more and connect and previously connected modules.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
