    Hello I’m a paid client, and your plugin isn’t working for me.

    Error importing – error communicating with Bibblio server.

    New posts aren’t being indexed.

    Hi Ray,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    This is quite a generic error message, so if your content isn’t being imported it could be caused by several factors:

    – you are trying to import pages, not posts
    – your posts are missing a title, or don’t have a body of text
    – your posts are published using a custom page builder. In this case, page builders sometimes render text in the form of shortcodes, which cannot be parsed by our importer.
