# Error Code when trying to use Publicize

 * We’re getting an error code when trying to use the publicize module on our site.
   The error is “Error code: -32700”.
 * Any suggestions for what we can do to resolve this? Thanks!

 * Hi,
 * Jetpack uses your site’s xmlrpc.php to communicate between our servers and your
   site.
 * Your file is located at [http://kgh.knoxcotn.org/xmlrpc.php](http://kgh.knoxcotn.org/xmlrpc.php)
 * If you visit it, it should only say `XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.`.
 * The code above that is causing the processor to balk. From searching online, 
   this is being added by NextGen Galleries.
 * I’d try disabling that plugin to see if this resolved itself and contact them
   for a long-term fix.
