# Error code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT

 * We are using _ using _[Jeg Elementor Kit](https://wordpress.org/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/)_
   v2.6.1_ based on a wordpress them for the website [https://www.mrandmrscloud.com/](https://www.mrandmrscloud.com/).
   We are getting Error code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT error on few desktop users using
   various browsers. We did everything that needs to be done i.e updated browser,
   OS…etc. I have checked all plugins deactivated and activated and could find deactivating
   [Jeg Elementor Kit](https://wordpress.org/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/)_ v2.6.1_…
   i am not getting Error code: STATUS_BREAKPOINT error. What needs to be done ?

 * At the moment, we don’t have any clues about what’s happening. We attempted to
   search for the term “STATUS_BREAKPOINT” in our code, but we couldn’t locate it.
