Error code: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

This is my first time trying to do anything type of SSL install. I believe I have it all correct on my server which uses cPanel. I got my cert from godaddy, went through the process that HTTPS says to use and now when I go to the pages that I checked for SSL I get the error below.
