    I have tried exporting an ATUM report but it just returns a page that says Error Code 500. I have had my server guy look into it and he said:

    He can’t see an issue on the server, so searched online for a resolution, other people had experienced this and they suggested increasing the ram limit on the site. So we’ve tried that but it didn’t help.

    Please can you help?

    Hi Laura,

    Sorry to hear you’ve got issues exporting.

    From this error it seems a server issue, yes. Can you look into your WC Status page and report all the versions of your main plugins, pls?

    WooCommerce, WP, ATUM and PHP, pls?

    Anything in your PHP error log?

    You can go to WooCommerce- Status page.

    Please, update ATUM to the latest version too.
