Error code 4

    Hi

    These days i was getting very less reviews from my customer hence I tried to test the plugin for myself and i created a self order and tried to sent a review reminder manually. As soon as I pressed the action button I get error code 4.

    Dont know what is means or the reason. Kindly please let me know.

    Thanks for using our plugin!

    This error code means that there is no products in the order for review. Please check if you excluded any categories of products from review reminders.

    I hope it helps.
