    Would you mind collecting some more information about your site logs, so we can investigate further?

    Start by accessing this page in your browser:

    Then, download your raw server access logs; if you do not know where to find this data, your hosting provider should be able to help.
    In these logs, you will find a line reporting access to the address listed above. Could you copy the whole line and send it to us via this contact form?

    If you have access to your server error logs as well, it would be useful if you could send us a copy of the logs around the time when you attempted to enable a new Publicize connection.
