Not to hijack this thread but I have exactly the same issue…
I sent about 10 reminders and all went fine except one. Based on the information on this thread I checked product and customer information and they seemed to be in order. Not sure why only order is having this issue. The only difference in this order vs the others is that this one is for a local pick-up vs others were shipped.

Strangely just one of them is giving the error code 1, all others went through just fine.

During the troubleshooting session with scorleo we discovered that the problem was caused by the fact that all products in the order had id = 0. So, the plugin couldn’t get information about products and generate an aggregated review form.
The products didn’t have valid ids due to some reorganization done in the shop earlier when some products were deleted and then created again.

I am having a very similar problem.
When I go to manually send a review email it says error code 1
which if i left click on it says order ID 0
i do not know how to change my order ID’s, but when i zoom over an order it is telling my my order ID for that order is 64, the one below, 63, and then 62. I am very frustrated iv’e been working on this for a full day now and cannot figure it out.
