 * When I activate this plugin I receive
 * HTTP Error 500.0 – Internal Server Error
    C:\Program Files (x86)\PHP\v5.4\php-
   cgi.exe – The FastCGI process exited unexpectedly
 * Module FastCgiModule
    Notification ExecuteRequestHandler Handler PHP via FastCGI(*.
   php) Error Code 0xc00000fd
 * When I delete plugin folder via FTP, error goes away and I can get back into 
   WP-Admin. How can I get this plugin working?

   now.

 * The error_log is blank.

 * I couldn’t find much in Google.
 * This is the first time I have installed this plugin.

 * You might consider setting up a dev site in which you deactivate all plugins 
   and change to theme twentytwelve first. Then install TW, then try adding in the
   other plugins or changing themes to find the real conflicts.

 * I followed the debug steps and all was good. I also updated to WordPress 3.7 
   and all was good. I am thinking maybe there was a fix in 3.7 that was affecting
   my theme/plugin mix. Thanks for the help!
