 * Paypal says it’s all linked and test mode is off – I tried the snippet that was
   on another thread for this – but it gave me a fatal error – this was working 
   initially – but now seems to give us this error everytime

 * I’ve been testing this out on my local staging site, but so far, I have not been
   able to replicate this issue. As of now, I also have not yet seen any other users
   reporting this issue. So as a next step, I’d like to rule out any conflicts that
   could be occurring with your theme or another plugin.
 * Please could you share your system information with me by copy / pasting that

 * Also, please could you provide a video recording or a screenshot of your issue?
   This will help us understand your concern better and replicate your issue. You

 * In addition, please could you try installing Health Check & Troubleshooting and
   running a check? This could give us additional context on what’s going on behind

 * A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert to a default WordPress theme
   such as twenty-nineteen to see if the issue persists.
 * If the issue still persists, please try running a quick conflict test on your
   site. This test will reveal if any other element of your site, the theme or one
   of the plugins, is causing conflicts. You can follow the steps mentioned in the

 * Basically the goal here is to revert to a bare WordPress installation to see 
   if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the
