 * Hello,
 * Our Burst plugin is not recording any data. One message is Due to your server
   or website configuration it is not possible to track statistics.
 * Here is a [link to a screenshot](https://snipboard.io/G3bF1H.jpg) of Google console
   showing multiple 500 errors.
 * Please advise how to correct this.
 * Best,
 * Michael

 * Can you copy the debug log from tools, site health, info, copy site information,
   and paste it here or email it to support(at)burst-statistics.com?
 * this might give us a hint. If you install the wp debugging plugin first, then
   visit your site, it should also contain any php errors that might occur.

 * With the mailed information we have been able to determine that the issue was
   caused by a fatal error in the theme, when loading the Rest API. Fixed by adding
   an isset() check on the missing property.
