# Error caused by this plugin?

 * My wordpress site (biodetectives.co.uk) keeps on breaking, during these periods
   all I and others can see on the site is a blank white page. Every time this happens
   I get the same error showing up in the error log:
 * [29-Sep-2015 02:15:17 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘myusername_wp1.databaseprefix_fca_eoi_activity’
   doesn’t exist for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM databaseprefix_fca_eoi_activity
   made by require(‘wp-blog-header.php’), wp, WP->main, WP->parse_request, apply_filters(‘
   request’), call_user_func_array, EasyOptInsActivity->track_activity, EasyOptInsActivity-
   >add_impression, EasyOptInsActivity->add_activity
 * I believe that this problem is caused by this plugin? Is there a way to fix this?

 * I see that you were able to recover your website, that’s great!
 * To help investigate this problem could you tell me if this issue occurred immediately
   after activating our plugin?
 * Or did our plugin work on your website but stopped after activating another plugin/
   theme feature?
