# Error cause identification

 * My host is investigating a problem with my website, whereby the following error
   is generating several times a minute:
 * `100414 13:58:22 [ERROR] /usr/libexec/mysqld: Can't open file: './mydbname/wp_post2catfrm'(
   errno: 24)`
 * The error apparently resulted in several sites going down earlier today.
 * They’ve asked me to identify the cause and the reference to wp_post2catfrm. However
   I can find no mention of this, and research shows there is no similarly named
   table or field in the current version of WP.
 * Needless to say I’m a little baffled.
 * There are no new plugins in the last 2 weeks. My active plugins are:
 * Akismet
    All in One SEO Pack Bibs Random Content Drop-Down Post List NextGEN 
   Gallery Twitter Tools Twitter Tools – Hashtags WordPress.com Stats WPhone
 * I’m using WP 2.9.2
 * I’d gratefully accept any assistance and suggestions anyone can give me, and 
   let me know if there is more information I can supply.

 * As I said, any help would be appreciated. This fault is causing a daily crash
   on my hosts servers and I am completely out of ideas
