• Hi, I’ve just installed a clean WordPress and used this nice plugin to make 2 forms. I’ve also just created a new mailchimp account and created an api key there to use, which I copied over.

    But when I test the form, it says “Can’t add user” in the button..

    If I look at the Mailchimp api it says:
    2016-12-05 15:08:16 GMT nope 109.237.211.81 PUT /lists/…/members/…/ php 0.02s WordPress/4.6.1; http://2dayfr 3.0 The requested resource could not be found.

    Going to guess that somehow the URL of the API request is wrong. Any chance of this being fixed soon?

    Sorry forgot to get back on this, but I solved it.

    The problem was that I didn’t have any lists yet in Mailchimp. There was an empty dropdown, but I didn’t look too closely at it. After I added a list, refreshed, and added the list in the “Email marketing provider integration” it was all working as expected.

    Perhaps make that field required and put a message up for the dumbasses like me that use a clean Mailchimp account and don’t add a list :)?

    I have the same problem now.

    I don’t understand this issue. @rbaarsma could you explain to me what you did ? “added the list”, i don’t see this action anywhere in MailChimp after creating a list.
