ERROR: Cannot transfer backup to S3! (0) Again

I am again having the issue I originally described in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/error-cannot-transfer-backup-to-s3-0/ where backups > 5GB seem to fail to transfer to AWS

I had temporarily worked around it by decreasing the size of the archive but overtime it has increased and here I am again.

Any updates on a fix? Thank you
