# Error: Cannot send Mail

 * Hello,
 * our Installation of BackWPup fails to send an eMail (DB only, no Files):
 * FEHLER: Fehler beim Senden der E-Mail!
 * Before that, I can see in the Error Log that the Archive to be added to the mail
   has a size of 63,94 MB
 * Thr Send-Error happens 3 times, then I see “too many errors” and “JOb cancelled
   after 115 seconds”.
 * What could be wrong here? Is the archive too big to be attached to the mail?

 * I could solve it by installing the SMTP Postman Plugin.
 * No Idea what was the reason for the fail, but it’s not your plugin’s fault 🙂

   so turned out it was caused because of your WP mail function ^^
