Once the payment is made, PayPal issues an IPN request to notify StageShow that the transaction has been completed, and a confirmation email is then sent to the purchaser. If this IPN is not received before the expiry of the timeout period then it is assumed that payment has not been made and the prospective sale is cancelled. * A “Booking Payment after Timeout” error is generated when an IPN is received after the prospective sale has been cancelled.
