    Hi @ basketballiscool12 !

We’re seeing a “Could not validate security token” on your Jetpack connection, which is usually resolved by a full uninstall and reinstall of Jetpack. You can completely remove Jetpack through your dashboard’s Plugins page. Or you can delete the folder wp-content/plugins/jetpack via an FTP client. Some hosts also provide a hosting panel (like cPanel) that has a “File Manager” tool – this will also let you browse to the same folder and delete the “jetpack” folder.

After that’s done, you can reinstall Jetpack.

If that message persists, it is possible something else is blocking your Jetpack connection. I’d recommend disabling your other plugins to see you are able to connect when only Jetpack is enabled. If so, you can add back your plugins one at a time until you find the culprit.

If you still aren’t able to connect, let us know and we’ll keep troubleshooting with you. Thanks!
