Error at checkout (address needed to continue but address is field is not empty)

    Hi,

    Customers have been getting the error “Please enter an address to continue” even though the address field is not empty. They’ve tried both card and GCash.

    How can I fix this problem? Note: other customers have been able to checkout with no issues.
