# Error at Check Out

 * I am getting an error when trying to check out that says:
 * Return to merchant and try a different payment method
 * We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time.
   Please return to the merchant’s website and try using a different payment method(
   if available).
 * This is the only method I have for payment, not sure what do do.

 * That usually happens if your PayPal account is not fully active and verified.
   Did you check with PayPal to make sure your account can do the transaction?
 * I was able to go to the paypal checkout page from your site.
