I updated this plug in this morning and started having conflicts with the icons on this page http://jhcband.org/jhcb-mdb/iso_home.php that have Title=”View Details” This is a custom program I’m developing, I call the WP blog head and footer to use the WP user access and a few other things. This page shows a lot more if logged in but the problem is the same. When I click the icon I get a wheel and then a message “The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.”
I think it is a conflict with the tool tip, if so how can I fix this?

(I had to deactivate next gen so my custom program would work for the day. I can’t leave it in a broken status, it has important tools for band members)

    Also,

While i was trying to find a fix I deactivated and reactivated Next Gen a few times and got some errors. Then after the receiving the error the plugin in had activated.

Fatal error: include(): Cannot redeclare class c_nextgen_bootstrap in /home/content/##/#######/html/wp-admin/plugins.php on line 151

The first time I got the error (i think) was on line 77, but I didn’t copy it.

    Thank you for your help.

@tetontrekker – This could very well be something in your custom code and implementation / integration with WordPress but without the context of that code there is not much we can suggest … and given what you are describing it may also fall outside the scope of support we currently offer.

    Thanks!

Thank you for the fast reply. I had a little more time to look at it. I looked in my error log, there were some mistakes in my code but didn’t see anything that would effect this.

I also found I was having this problem within my theme. Everywhere I have an image with a simple link, I was getting a wheel and the link will not work. When I deactivate nextgen the links work properly.

This page is within my theme. The donate button in the widget is actually a form, not an image link so it worked. The “Get Started” link in the post, the twitter link, and the facebbok link in the foot section all gave me the wheel.

I tracked it down to the FancyBox – jQuery Plugin. In the nextgen settings I changed “What effect would you like to use? to “none” and it fixed my problem.

I hope this benefits anyone else that is having this problem.
    Thank Again,
    Julie
