The wpvivid_request error won’t destroy anything.
So, are you able to be more specific on your problem please?
For example,
- What operation did you perform to get the site destroyed?
- What is the site’s url?

I used this plugin to backup my website.
after I change my hosting plan Interserve to ionos.
then, I try to restore my website but this plugin not working.
always pop up this error message -:
wpvivid_request: error(): an error occurred when trying to establish communication with your server. This error may be request not reaching or server not responding. Please try again later.

Thank you for the update.
First, as mentioned earlier, this error won’t destroy anything because with it, you are not able to do anything with WPvivid.
So, you will need to make sure that it’s not a problem with the website itself, you can do that by trying to use other WPvivid functions, for example, creating a backup on the site.
If you get the same error with all WPvivid functions, you can use the browser’s developer tool(press F12 on Chrome) to check the specific error message and then fix it first.

I completely removed the website and reassembled them. (also removed SSL) Now it is working.

Scanning for remote old backups is a pro feature. In the free version, you can only scan for local backup files.
