I found this page that looks similar to what I am facing: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/affiliates-dashboard-is-only-showing-loading/ .
I haven’t changed updated or added any plugins. It just started randomly. It worked yesterday just fine. The only thing that changed is I had large influx of affiliates sign up yesterday.
Update* I deactivated litespeed cache and now it shows a different issue. When I log into my WP account and try to click on affiliate account, it shows a log in page again. Then I tried to login, but it doesn’t allow me to log in as an affiliate. Then I reactivated the litespeed cache plugin and the affiliate dashboard works again. However, it’s not my account it’s someone elses.

3rd Update* I logged into Account #2 successfully, but when I switched back to my original account (Account #1), it displayed Account #2’s information (coupon codes, username, etc.).To test further, another user logged into their account, and I was able to see their account details as well. It seems like the last user to log in causes their account details to override and display for everyone else.
Hi,
This does sound like a caching issue. Are you able to exclude the affiliate dashboard from being cached?
Feel free to send us a message here with more details so we can look into it further for you: https://couponaffiliates.com/contact-form/
I am not sure how to do that, but am wondering why I can’t login when disabling the cache tool. I contacted you via the form as well.
Hi, can I get some help please. My affiliates are not able to log in to their accounts.
I sent emails and used the form to contact you. Thanks
