Me too. Right after updating today.
On another site, getting the following error after updating:
mime_content_type(/home/nebras43/public_html/wp-content/wp-content/plugins/participants-database/ui/no-image.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory….

thanks for the report, I’ll have to look into this.
It’s nothing critical, however, if this message is visible on the frontend of your site, you may want to turn WordPress debugging off on your site so php messages are not shown to your visitors.
