I hope you are doing well. We’re really sorry for the delayed response. That’s very strange that you are getting the issue with 5.9 WordPress. I have also checked from WordPress v5.8.3 to v5.9 with the Nirvana theme as you shared your live URL but did not find any problem. Here is the post edit working perfectly.

Additional note & tip: meanwhile I switched to the plugin “Essential Blocks for Gutenberg”, also from WPDeveloper. Also here is the block “Infopost”, which works without problems. The blocks that are not needed can be deactivated.
