Error after update to 2.0.45

    After the update I am getting this error within my contact form.

    Warning: explode() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in /home/content/p3nexnas06_data02/26/2152026/html/wp-content/plugins/contact-bank/frontend_views/contact_bank_forms.php on line 362

    looking at the change log it says:

    Few Bugs Fixed Related to Frontend

    which seems to be where the problem is?
