    Hi there,

Based on the screenshots, seams like you have not only JavaScript but also the CSS incompatibility. Seams like there is some plugin or theme that corrupting AAM execution (for example icons are scrambled).

The access denied message occur is just because you most likely restricted yourself to the Dashboard menu.

    Regards.

    Hello,

I don’t know how (I removed some plugin, removed custom CSS and put it again) but now the interface is correct, the problem is it continue to load. Any suggestion?

    Hi there,

If you restricted access to the Dashboard Home menu that you would have to reset all AAM settings. This will clear the restriction. To do so, you would have to go to your database wp_options table and remove all options starting with aam prefix.

As an easier option, go to Utilities tab on AAM page and there is a button to clear all settings.

    Regards,
    Vasyl
