 * What version do you have installed? That isn’t the correct path to that file.
   It sounds like WordPress may have failed to fully update the plugin. Try deleting
   and reinstalling.
 * Just to make sure, instead of using the automatic installer, you may want to

 * The problem has to do with caching. WordPress caching plugins are fine, but your
   server appears to be doing its own caching of PHP files, which can break things
   when files get moved around. Contact your hosting company and ask them to clear
   your cache, or even better, stop using server caching in favor of WP Super Cache.
